This page complements the Privacy Policy with more detail on personal data processing on Edaku, written in the spirit of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (the site’s primary applicable framework), though the underlying practice is jurisdiction-independent.
The main fact
The site has no registration, login, subscription, or comment forms — no mechanism through which a visitor could hand over personal data directly. So, in the course of ordinary browsing, visitors’ personal data is not collected or processed.
The one scenario where it is
Personal data can only reach the site owner if you choose to email contact@edaku.ru on your own initiative. In that case, what’s processed is:
- the email address the message was sent from;
- anything you included in the message body (name, question details, etc.).
Purpose: replying to your message. Retention: as long as the correspondence has practical value (e.g. as a record of the request), or until you ask for it to be deleted. Shared with third parties: never.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- ask what data we hold about you (if you’ve written to us before);
- request it be corrected or deleted;
- withdraw consent to processing (in practice: ask us to delete the correspondence).
